First, I wanted to say that you are all gorgeous! You are beautiful! Your lack of success in Financial is not about your looks. It’s about your authority. It can be discouraging seeing successful dommes get compliments about their looks. I get a lot of emails asking me if you have to be beautiful or if ugly dommes can strive in this community. I need to reiterate this - you ARE beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Those that have made statements against your looks are trying to bring you down so that they can get what they want from you. Do not listen to them. Block them for your sanity. It breaks my heart heart to hear these young girls feel as if they are not pretty enough.
There is one thing that I need to implement into your head even if I have to smack it into you. Do NOT compare yourself to anyone else! It will affect your work, productivity and confidence. Focus on you and your hard work connected with skills and natural ability will lead you to grow and become successful.

You know what creates success? Talent + skills + confidence + hard work + consistency + drive + natural dominance + creativity + true desire to be part of the community and many more. This is not something that you can achieve overnight. Skill is something that is built over time and takes practice.
Another good thing to think about before starting my guide is if you are willing to put in the hard work to get where you want. Think about the whole crew that it takes to make a movie: the writer, producer, director, star, creative and other team members it takes to create a movie. You will be doing all of that work. There are also other tasks you should consider: marketer, blog writer, social media manager, seo, networker, photographer, content creator, creating profiles to name just a few.
Just remember that your success is not about how hot you are. It’s about your natural ability and hard work you are willing to put into it. All of these girls work hard to get where they are.
